Riskflow Technologies prides itself in providing superior support for our software products - ALMAN (Asset & Liability Management system) and TASMAN (Treasury Management system).
Our help desk is manned from 08h00 - 16h00 South African time, from Monday to Friday, excluding SA Public Holidays. Our support consultants are all experts in the use of our products and have extensive experience in the areas of ALM and Treasury. This enables them to answer all user-related queries, as well as identify which queries are of such a technical nature that it needs the attention of the development team.
For any support-related queries, there are also 2 dedicated e-mail addresses: all support personnel receive mails routed to these addresses and the support logs are closely monitored to ensure that we deliver support within the timeframes relating to each client’s Service Level Agreement.
