Agnes Guvaza:

Operations Manager

Agnes started her career at FBC Banking Group as a management trainee in the areas of treasury, international, corporate and investment banking in 2003. Thereafter, she worked as senior risk analyst for FBC Holdings before joining Riskflow in 2009.

Agnes holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Finance) and is a Certified Internal Auditor (IIA-USA). She is currently working on her dissertation for a Masters in Business Administration.

Illse Nell:

Head of Operations:

Illse has been associated with Riskflow since 1988 before moving to the formal banking sector in 2001. From 2001 - 2003, she was a senior Risk consultant at ABSA Bank, where-after she was Head of Implementations for the Basel II Credit Risk software solution for Standard Bank (2004-2005), before moving to the First Rand Group of companies as Head of Risk IT. She rejoined Riskflow in 2008.

Illse holds a BSc degree in Computer Science, a B Comm degree in Financial Management, a B Comm Honours degree in Quantitative Analytics and a Higher Diploma in Financial Derivatives.

Keith Diesel:

Senior Consultant - Treasury & Financial Risk:

Before joining Riskflow in 2009, Keith was the Executive Treasurer for Nedbank Windhoek and Nedbank Business Banking. Before that he was Head of Treasury products and Head of Nedbank’s ALM Retail Division.

Keith holds a National Diploma in Company Administration, an Advanced Diploma in Banking Law and a
certificate in Product Management from Wits University.

Nick Coetzee:

Head Developer TASMAN & Senior Business Analyst - Treasury:

Nick has been with Riskflow since 1993, starting as business analyst, before moving to development in the Treasury software environment, whilst still performing business analysis for dealing, administration and management of treasury business instruments.

Nick’s financial markets experience goes back to 1980, when for 10 years he was a Capital Market trader, before moving to ABSA in 1990 as a business analyst.

Nick has completed a wide variety of advanced banking courses, as well as a multitude of IT related courses.

Danie (Seppi) Maré:

Head Developer, ALMAN:

Before joining Riskflow in 2007, Seppi worked in the Accounting department at the University of Johannesburg as a technical assistant, resolving general IT problems. He was promoted to senior developer in 2010.

Seppi is currently studying towards a BSc (Information Technology) at UNISA.

Tshepo Motau:

Developer, ALMAN:

Tshepo joined Investec Bank in 2004 as a learnership intern. He moved to Zambezi Capital in 2005 as a research analyst. In 2009, Tshepo joined Riskflow as ALMAN developer.

Tshepo holds a National Diploma in Financial Instruments and Markets, a B Sc (Mathematics, Computational and Applied Mathematics) and a B Sc Hons (Industrial Mathematics).
